Do I have to rip up the walls?

No. The panel mounts in a standard flush-mounted back box – the same one an ordinary switch sits in. With no hub there are no modules in the distribution board and no new cabling, so the system goes into a flat finished years ago too.

What happens when the internet goes down?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. All control logic runs on the panels: scenes, groups, timers, rules and heating control all execute locally. Without internet you lose only control from outside the house – and only if you enabled it in the first place, because remote access is optional.

Question 3

Will the panel fit the frames I already have?

Accepted Answer

The panel is designed for standard decorative frames from leading accessory manufacturers – glass, metal, wood and concrete. If you are unsure about your range, write to us and we will check.

Question 4

Does sensor data leave my home?

Accepted Answer

No, unless you decide otherwise. Readings and logic stay on the panels. Remote access runs over an encrypted connection and is a feature you switch on deliberately – the house behaves the same with it and without it.

Could somebody take over control of my home?

Accepted Answer

A new device joins the installation only with your approval, and every panel proves its identity on connection. Control from outside the house runs through an encrypted tunnel whose contents not even our server can read. If you never enable remote access, the house is reachable only from your own home network.

Does it suit a flat in an apartment block, or an older building?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that is one of the reasons it exists. Mounting into existing back boxes needs neither new wiring nor permission to touch communal parts of the building. In buildings with reinforced concrete floors, panels can communicate over cable where radio does not reach.

We sell through partners, so installation and quoting are handled by an installation company, while we are responsible for the device and support.
