Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using the RayNex website and the forms it provides. They are available free of charge, in a form you can download, reproduce and store.

§ 1. Service provider
The service provider is RAYNEX spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office in Pepłowo, address: Pepłowo 75, 06-513 Pepłowo, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001214128, VAT ID (NIP) 5691915442, REGON 543583640.
For matters concerning the website, use the email address given in the footer of every page.
§ 2. Scope of services
The provider supplies the following services free of charge by electronic means: access to the content of the website, a contact form, and an application form for partners and installers.
The content service consists in displaying the pages of the website and is supplied on a one-off basis, for as long as you browse.
The form services consist in transmitting your message together with the contact details you provide, and are supplied on a one-off basis, up to the moment the message is sent.
§ 3. Technical requirements
Using the website requires a device with internet access and a browser supporting HTML5, cascading style sheets and JavaScript, with cookies enabled to the extent needed to remember settings.
Using the forms additionally requires a working email address.
The provider does not guarantee correct operation in browsers that no longer receive security updates from their vendor.
§ 4. Prohibition on unlawful content
You must not supply unlawful content, in particular content infringing personal rights, copyright or industrial property rights of third parties, or content containing malicious software.
You must not enter third-party personal data into the forms without that person's knowledge and consent, or take any action that disrupts the operation of the website.
§ 5. Formation and termination
The contract for the content service is formed when you open a page of the website and terminates when you leave it.
The contract for a form service is formed when you begin filling in the form and terminates when you send it or leave the page beforehand.
You may stop using the services at any time by closing the page. No costs are involved.
§ 6. Complaints
Complaints concerning services supplied by electronic means may be sent to the email address given in the footer.
A complaint should include contact details and a description of the problem. The provider examines the complaint and replies within 14 days of receiving it, to the address the complaint was sent from.
§ 7. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy, and how information is stored on your device in the Cookie policy. Both documents are linked from the footer of every page.
§ 8. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Civil Code.
The provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the scope of services or in the law. Amended terms take effect when published on the website, with the date of update shown.
