Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to answer your enquiry. Nothing more, and for nothing else.

Last updated: August 2026

Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form is the entity operating the RayNex website, whose full registration details appear in the footer of this page.

For any matter concerning personal data, write to the contact address given in the footer.

What we collect and why

The contact form collects: full name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, a selected role and the content of your message. The partner form additionally collects: company name, VAT number, region of operation and scale of activity.

We process this data solely to answer your enquiry and, if it comes to that, to continue the resulting business correspondence.

On what legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box below the form, and – as regards further business contact – on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to reply.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to answer and close the matter, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact – unless a contract is concluded, in which case for the period required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it and to restrict its processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. You may withdraw consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking or profiling cookies. We use no third-party advertising tools and build no profiles of visitors.

We store two things in your browser: your accessibility settings and your consent decision. The full list – with the purpose, category and retention of each entry – is in the cookie policy, linked from the footer.

If we ever enable visit statistics, they will be collected with a tool that works without cookies and without data that could identify an individual – and we will still ask for consent first, which you can withdraw at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

Who we share data with

Form submissions reach the provider of the service handling message delivery, and our own mailbox. We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing purposes.

Data from your home

This is separate from the website, but it is the question we are asked most, so here is the direct answer: sensor data and control logic stay on the panels in your home. We do not send them to our servers. Remote access is optional and you enable it yourself.
